Mohan Kumar Subramanyam (Chief Executive Officer)

Mohan is the CEO, and Founder of Kumaran Systems, which he has nurtured from its inception till date. During his 25 active years in the IT industry, he has contributed immensely to the development of the industry.
Under his leadership, he played a strategic role in transforming Kumaran in to one of the world's leading application migration software services companies. It has been ranked among the Top 500 global software companies (16th annual ranking by Software Magazine) and also ranks among the Top 200 Indian software companies (3rd annual ranking by Dataquest).
He was instrumental in bringing out various products such as OBJECT Converter, GUI Converter, and PROGRAM Scanner.
Mohan began his career as Senior Engineer with Best & Crompton, Chennai, where he was managing the Computer Aided Design Center. Later, he moved to MIU Automation Inc., Toronto, Canada, as System Analyst. In 1989 he quickly rose to become a Project Manager at Info-Power Software Corporation Toronto, Canada.
Mohan holds a B.E. (Honors) (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, and M.E. (Computer Science) from Anna University, Chennai, India.
Vijayasekar Subramaniam (Co-founder & Executive Director)

Sekar brings in 18 years of industry experience, demonstrated leadership, and irrefutable business performance to his current position as Director of the company. His responsibilities include managing the company's finance and administration functions.
Before establishing Kumaran in 1991 with his brother Mohan, Sekar ran a business owned by his family. While being the overall in-charge for managing the business for around 10 years, he was also instrumental in increasing the revenue dramatically, and opening new branches of the family-run business.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras.
Kumar Subramaniam (Co-founder & Executive Director)

Since Kumaran's inception in 1990, Kumar has been heading the Internet Products and Services division. As Resident Director he was based in Washington till early 2001. Today he is based in India, and heads operations for Kumaran India.
Before founding Kumaran with his brothers, Kumar was with Info-Power Software Corporation in Toronto, where he started off as a programmer and later moved on to be Systems Analyst. He was heading a team involved in developing major modules for manufacturing software. Prior to Info-Power, Kumar was with EIL, Chennai, where he was involved in developing software for EIL.
In all, he has about 20 years of IT experience. Kumar holds an Electronics Engineering degree from PSG Institute of Technology.
Pandia Rajan

Pandia Rajan, founded Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited in 1992 with an aim to make it a one-stop shop for all HR needs, providing integrated and professional HR services for clients, world wide. Started with a capital of just Rs. 60,000, Ma Foi became the first public limited HR service provider in India in 1994. He has played an extremely crucial role in the evolution of the HR industry in India and has pioneered the concept of HR outsourcing in India. Pandia Rajan is a member of Kumaran Systems.
Prior to starting Ma Foi, Pandia Rajan worked in BOC & Deutsche Babcock IDEA. Pandia Rajan is actively involved in the CSR activities of Ma Foi and focuses sharply on empowering children, women, and youth through education, healthcare, and livelihood support. He is also the founder member of the Confederation of Indian Organizations for Service and Advocacy (CIOSA), a Trustee of Koothupattarai, a pioneer theatre group in Tamil Nadu, and an active Rotarian of Madras Temple City.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration (PM & IR) from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, and a B.E. (Hons.) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

Venkatasubramanyam Rupaakula (President and COO)

Mr.Venkatasubramanyam is the President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kumaran Systems, having an experience of 26 years in the field of Telecommunication & IT.
He began his career in 1983 as Engineer in Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and served there for 23 years till 2006. He played a core team member role in the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle Development Project (PSLV) at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Trivandrum, India. He was functioned as Deputy Manager and later as Manager in Instrumentation and Control system group. From 2006 to 2007 he worked as Professor and Head of the Department (HOD) for Computer Science & Engineering at Jerusalem College of Engineering, Pallikarnai, Chennai, India.
He joined Kumaran in 2007 and heading the entire Telecom and Healthcare divisions. He has been a key part of Kumaran’s success in the Telecom domain. He quickly rose to several supervisory and managerial positions. Now, as the President and COO, he is an important asset at Kumaran.
Venkat holds a B.E. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore, India, and ME (Communication & Systems Engineering) from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India.
