MinVesta

MinVesta, a group company of Vedior and Ma Foi, is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and builds innovative software products in the HR domain for enterprises. Established in February 2006, MinVesta's vision is "...to emerge as the world's most respected software products company in the HR space."

Vedior

The Vedior Group is the world's largest specialty staffing company with 80+ subsidiaries in 44 countries around the world and they record a revenue to the tune of around $9.5 billion per annum. Ma Foi is part of the Vedior group and is one among India's largest HR consulting firms with a network of over 65 offices and 8 overseas subsidiaries.

Through this ally, Kumaran is all set to present all its core offerings such as legacy transformation, application development and maintenance, testing services, and resource augmentation to all members of the Vedior group of companies and other opportunities, which MinVesta brings in. This alliance enables Kumaran to present a wide range of HR-related offerings such as MinVesta's Minerva-HR Suite, which automates complete human resource functions, and Minerva Flexi Suite, which automates staffing processes to all its customers.

Cobra Legal Solutions LLC provides world-class legal support services for global corporations and law firms.
