in the Hybrid model. KSTS Client engagement
practice incorporates this hybrid global delivery model
focusing at maximizing our client’s cost savings
without compromising on product quality and delivery
timelines/schedules. Hybrid delivery model combines
onsite and offshore services to deliver results at highly
reduced costs.
In Hybrid Delivery Model, the work
is distributed between the Onsite project team and the
offshore project team. Offshore Project Team will interact
with Onsite Project Team keeping KSTS Account Manager
in loop for all communications.
Activities such as Business requirements
gathering/Feasibility Study will be done by Onsite Project
Team which, co-ordinates with the offshore project team
for preparing Test plan, Test cases/test scripts. The
Offshore Team would execute Test scripts for Unit/Integration/System
Testing. Onsite Team will do the System/User Acceptance
Testing with client and also provide Training/post production
support if needed.
