Kumaran and MinVesta (subsidiary of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, Vedior Group) have entered into a long-term relationship, which will enable both the companies to explore business opportunities together within each other’s business potentials. Kumaran Systems will be delivering all Non-HR related IT requirements that come to MinVesta and in turn Kumaran will be promoting MinVesta’s HR based Products and Services to all its customers.

The Vedior Group, world’s largest specialty staffing company with 80+ subsidiaries in 44 countries around the world having revenue around $9.5 billion. Ma Foi is part of the Vedior group and is one among India’s largest HR consulting firms with a network of over 65 offices and 8 overseas subsidiaries.

Through this alliance Kumaran is going to offer all its core offerings like Legacy Transformation, Application Development and Maintenance, Testing Services and Resource Augmentation to all of Vedior group companies and other opportunities, which MinVesta is going bring in. This alliance enables Kumaran to bring a wide range of HR related offerings like MinVesta’s Minerva-HR Suite, which automates complete Human Resource Functions and Minerva Flexi Suite, which automates Staffing Processes, to all its customers.
